On Monday, November 20, 2023, Dr. Tshilidzi Marwala, the Rector of United Nations University and Chief of Staff Michael Baldock, visited Ritsumeikan University in Kyoto. They met with President Yoshio Nakatani, Dean of the College of International Relations Tomoaki Nishimura, and Visiting Professor Tadamichi Yamamoto. Dr. Marwala gave a lecture to students about the global threats posed by armed conflicts and AI technology.
